About Us

We believe that Culture is a company’s gateway to sustainable success. Sometimes the stars are aligned and companies become successful without putting much focus on culture. However, sooner or later these companies find that they are either helped or hampered by their culture. Culture affects everything, here are a few examples:

  • How your company communicates with and is perceived by your customers (Jump to our blog post: Screwed a customer lately?)
  • How effective your workforce is at getting things done.
  • The innovation present in your product development cycle
  • The degree to which your sales organization hunts for new clients
  • The speed at which you grow
  • How you respond to challenges in the market place
  • How quickly problems are dealt with
  • The degree of unproductive energy present in the organization

We’ve been working with culture, leaders and leader groups since 2003 and we’ve worked with a range of clients throughout Scandinavia. Our core group is small and we draw upon a diverse network of specialists in Norway, Sweden and the USA.

We seek energetic partnerships with our clients where we work closely together to understand the situation and find creative ways to shape it for the future. Our programs are tailored to fit our clients’ business and needs. We find our work becomes meaningful when our clients experience new perspectives that change the course of their development for the better.

We’ve coached executives, managers, sales people, priests, diplomats, Army officers, creatives, architects and others. We’ve worked to improve effectiveness in executive teams, sales organizations, small entrepreneurial companies, schools, software firms, shipping companies, the national sailing team and others.
